Anne has been practicing yoga for many years and began her teaching journey in 2013 when she attended a training at Kripalu Centre for Yoga and Health. She practiced different traditions of yoga with a variety of teachers before finding her own style that integrates the wisdom of the tradition, the guidance of her teachers with a flavour of self expression.
Her virtual classroom brings together students from across North America with students just around the corner. Along with her energetic companion Bonnie, her labra-doodle, Anne makes everyone feel at home in her yoga space.

"My yoga sequence adapts in relation to the class that I am teaching. I feel a great connection to my yoga sangha (community) as we come together from all parts of the continent."
Whether it is a Hatha I-II or a chair yoga class, participants are challenged to meet their limits with the help of detailed yoga cues and instructions. Safety and self-care is always a priority.
