Christmas Greetings!

Christmas is only three weeks away and life is very different for all of us this year.

I believe it is meaningful to keep some traditions alive but it's also exciting to find new ones, and this year new will be the norm.

Even if we will not be with our extended family or see our friends there can be contact in memorable ways. Outdoor gatherings or walks, zoom events or games and personal calls and cards to loved ones.

Gratitude is a powerful form of mindfulness. Recording what you are grateful for and going out of your way to thank the people in your life can uplift your spirit and improve your happiness.

Read a book outside your comfort zone, make a new Christmas cookie, watch a new series on Netflix with some fun snacks and do Yoga!!! My sister bought me snowshoes recently and I look forward to snowshoeing with Mary and Bonnie, and I also hope to skate this winter with members of my family.

It's important to find some activities that can boost your joy and happiness.

My wish for all of you is to find peace and happiness throughout this Christmas season of 2020. Keep safe and try to find enjoyment in the small things!

I look forward to continue seeing my yoga friends online over the holidays as I will be live as scheduled except Thursday, December 24th.

Namaste 🙏
