I began spring with a splendid walk down to the lake and then came home to lead a spring solstice yoga class. Starting with Sun Salutations, following with goddess pose we celebrated a time of new beginnings. Sun Salutations heat the body and activate the Prana(upward energy). Moving and creating the heat and Prana help move stuck energy and emotions.
