One year ago today I started "Anne's Yoga" on Zoom. The sad part is that we are still in the thick of things with the pandemic but the most wonderful thing is that I have created a business that I love. A wonderful group of yogis join me each day and we have created a Sangha that brings us together through connection of spirit and energy. When the pandemic comes to an end "Anne's Yoga" will still be a business that brings joy and meaning to me and hopefully to others. I can not say how much of a blessing and inspiration it has brought to my life.
